From country to pop to folk, Taylor Swift has excelled at using smart hooks, interesting turns of phrase, catchy melody lines, and an all around solid attention to the songwriting craft. We'll examine what core qualities make up a Taylor Swift song and talk about how to apply them to your own writing. 

Taylor Swift Songwriting Workshop meets on Tuesday, July 5 from 7-9pm at Girl Guitar at 2309 Thornton Studio C in Austin, TX.
