Are you taking your guitar to a store to have the strings changed? Stop it!! You can totally do that job yourself! Do you know the difference that your choice of picks or strings makes to the sound you produce? Do you know what a pre-amp or a DI is? All these questions will be answered and more! We will be changing strings together - so please bring your instrument, and a fresh set of strings. We will be looking at some other aspects of guitar care and maintenance, and the merits of various products on the market, string ease, fast fret, lem oil etc. Finally we we be talking about gear, pick ups, amps, cables, pedals, what these things do, how they work and why you might want to know this stuff!
